Focus on Fiano’s flavour trio of spiced apple, pear and white peach. Flows easily, seamlessly, with an umami feel bringing a mouthful of flavour while also not over-doing it. The balance is just right, in part, because of the boundary riding role of acidity which delivers a shot of real zippiness to the finish. Over delivers in a number of areas, including price.
