What’s not to like? This Clare Valley Fiano is deliciously drinkable, highlighting the grape’s great combo of flavour, texture and cleansing acidity. Focus on Fiano’s flavour trio of spiced apple, pear and white peach. Flows easily, seamlessly, with an umami feel bringing a mouthful of flavour while also not over-doing it. The balance is just right, in part, because of the boundary riding role of acidity which delivers a shot of real zippiness to the finish. Over delivers in a number of areas, including price.
