Hesketh Dangerous Type Merlot 2022

Merlot at this price point can be a bit ho-hum. But this little guy is anything but ho-hum. It’s medium-bodied with typical fleshy fruit, but there is structure and poise with fine chalky tannins and the use of a little oak bringing further interest into the palate. Has a beautiful, textured mouthfeel. There’s a lot to like about it.
