Hirsch Hill Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé 2023

Cabernet isn’t often used for Rosé, and yet it has all the ethereal perfume red berry notes you want in this style. Opening with delightful floral notes on the nose, the palate has a fine thread of driving acidity to carry the fruit forward to a long finish. Nice wine.
