Hirsch Hill Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

This is a super impressive Yarra Valley Cabernet. The intensity of the blackcurrant and plush dark plum is immediate whilst notes of herbs and even a little black pepper reveal themselves. Typically structured with firm tannins and a liberal hit of oak. It’s focused and very long with the characters that should support extended cellaring.
