Hollick Bond Road Chardonnay 2024

A most impressive Chardonnay from the Coonawarra region, fermentation was in French oak followed by a further six to eight months on yeast lees. Straw gold in colour, this is an attractive and nutty style of Chardy. We have notes of cashews, oatmeal, herbs, stone fruits, a flick of citrus, pears, beeswax and a touch of mandarin. The wine has decent length with a line of fine acidity and a lingering finish. Enjoy over the next five to seven years.
