Hollick Wilgha Shiraz 2019

The team use the best Shiraz from their Wilgha Vineyard in Coonawarra for this, their prestige Shiraz, which then spends a year and a half in oak. The wine is a vibrant red/purple hue and we have an alluring nose with impressive oak integration giving a touch of nutmeg and vanilla. The structure is seamless – dense but dancing with notes of blackberries, mulberries and spices. Very fine silky tannins with excellent length. Enjoy this over the next decade and more. A cracking Coonawarra Shiraz.
