A very well pitched claret style Cabernet Shiraz which opens with blackcurrant and graphite aromas with a dusting of chocolate and sage. Mid-weight in style and shows attractive poise and density of flavour with firm tannins providing shape through to a long finish. A bit of a sleeper which will reward time in the cellar.
