Holm Oak Chardonnay 2023

This is a beautifully fine and elegant Chardonnay which is sourced from three separate blocks, all naturally fermented with about half going through malo. The richness comes from the intensity of the fruit with extended time on lees. There’s a fine mineral oyster shell character with a faint savouriness.
