A slightly more restrained and delicate chardonnay for House of Cards. This is minerally and delightfully linear with its close knit of fine oak and fruit. It was all wild yeast fermented with about 30% going through malolactic fermentation to harness that cool season acidity. It works so well, creating a beautiful wine.
