Howard Park Granite Ridge Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2021

Share

A Bordeaux white blend that the West Australians have made all their own, Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon combines the verve of the former with the mouthfeel of the latter. Plenty of leafy fresh herbs, fresh-cut grass, mixed with citrus, melon, apple fresh aromas attached to this Granite Ridge white. Smells like spring. It’s a busy wine to be sure with plenty of action on the palate amid racy acidity. Flavours evolve into quince, citrus, honeysuckle against a herbal background, enhanced by textural almond meal. It’s ready to go now but those who care to age it, won’t be disappointed.
