Another complex, dynamic encapsulation of Margaret River Chardonnay. Captures the sunny, saline energy of the region’s number one white grape perfectly and comes held together by a core of taut, bright acidity. Aromas of stone fruits, white peach, nectarine, citrus, honeysuckle florals, grilled nuts and biscuit. The palate, precise and concentrated, sparkles (figuratively, not literally) citrussy bright with sea spray and a saline lift alongside stone fruits, peach cream and nuts. A leesy almond nuttiness and creaminess adds that extra layer of complexity cut nicely in saline notes and a brisk acidity. It’s the kind of acidity that adds plenty of life and intensity to what should be a long life.
