Howard Park Miamup Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

This is a classic Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon with lots of fragrant, perfectly ripe fruit. Aromatically it is all youthful exuberance with lashings of blackberries, blackcurrant, cherries and plums. It’s more savoury on the palate with baking spices and a hint of cocoa powder, mint leaves and tobacco box. It finishes beautifully balanced, with fine ripe tannins. Pair with a rosemary-crusted lamb.
