Howard Park Museum Release Mount Barker Riesling 2013

At the time of release this was a wonderful riesling that captured the very distinctive regional spicy varietal characters that sit harmoniously with floral and lime nuances. It was a fine and quite delicate riesling. Since then, it has gradually developed those lovely toasty characters of maturity while retaining just a little of that youthful edge. It’s slightly more advanced than the ’14 and is right in its peak drinking zone now, although it has a few years left in it.
