Peach, pineapple skin, dried ginger, salted lemon, a nutty nuance. There’s ample texture to a palate led by peach with lemon, subtle brine and quince in support. Some nice bitter almond notes to the finish, too. Not a complex wine, but hitting the mark for freshness and brightness. Thirst-slaking on a hot day.
