Jack Estate Mythology Cabernet Sauvignon 2014

Again, this wine replicates the sourcing, fermentation and maturation we saw with the 2015 Cabernet. Maroon in colour, there are notes of tobacco leaves, warm earth, animal skins, campfire, charcuterie, black fruits and beef stock. A wine of medium length, there is good maturity here. It finishes with soft furry tannins. Drink now and over the next couple of years.
