Kilikanoon Attunga 1865 Shiraz 2015

This now mature Shiraz comes from a single vineyard planted in 1865 near Auburn in the Clare Valley. Aromas of library book leather, spice and dark chocolate with a coating of mocha. The smoothly textured palate releases flavours of dark fruits, a little ironstone and a leathery chocolaty character. This is still quite restrained, pointing to further time in the cellar.
