Classic Watervale Riesling coming at you: elevated in pure lime, zesty and so mighty fresh. The fragrance sets the scene in lime zest, kaffir lime, citrus, apple blossom and green apple. The palate takes it further with a dominant, penetrating citrus feature in lime, lemon and grapefruit intensity with florals. At its core, it is lively and nicely expressive and while brisk Watervale acidity is on cue, it is cushioned texturally making it ideal for enjoying right now. And it definitely won’t interfere with plans for further ageing should you wish.
