Killiecrankie Bendigo Limited Release Shiraz Cabernet 2021

Share

Shiraz Cabernet blends are generally seen as an Aussie invention, and whether that’s true or not, I’m always happy to see one. Killiecrankie’s is a satisfying one, combining rich black cherry, blackberry and raspberry, with some vanilla, earth and shoe polish. The tannins are integrated yet still with some slight grip, and the palate is rich, especially after some air. A great Friday night wine or something to pair with a lamb roast or barbecued meats.
