An attractive light blush introduces a fragrance rich in acacia, florals, red berry, red apple with toasted almond and just a touch of buttered Vegemite toast. There’s an impressive delicacy to this Adelaide Hills sparkling boasting a fine complexity and bright acidity courtesy of a cool climate. Hills’ bottle fermented sparklings tend to run under the radar but so impress, due in no small part, to the super bright, mouth-tingling acidity. Finishes with a splash of nutty macaroon.
