Archetypal savvy scents rise from the glass.  There’s a briskness, a real vitality to Siblings as the winemaker chooses to emphasise the grape’s noteworthy herbal-induced, methoxypyrazine power – nettle, jalapeño, bean, herbs – with just a touch of apple and tropical passionfruit. While acidity is racy, there is a nice textural undertow, too. A most convincing Sauvignon style.
