Logan Clementine de la Mer 2021

Looking to jump into the world of skinsy, natural white wines? Then look no further than what is a delicious take on the style. The grape rules have also been thrown out the door in this mix of semillon, sauvignon blanc, riesling and gewürztraminer, all out of the New South Wales Central Ranges, which has created a wine that is full flavoured with plenty of personality. Cloudy mid straw in colour, there are aromas of home made lemonade, ginger, florals and citrus which are bright, fresh and funky. It then gets more savoury and dry on the palate, spicy melon and earthy nuances rising up with a touch of chewy grip, although not too much, before finishing with good concentration and length. Enjoy with fish tacos.
