Lyons Will Pinot Noir 2023

Plenty of thought has gone into the making of this excellent Macedon Pinot Noir. It includes wild yeast fermentation, largely open fermentation and a small amount of whole bunch with partial carbonic maceration. So you get a wine with the fruit intensity, structure and developing complexity with a bright and vibrant palate with a chalky tactile mouthfeel. An excellent wine.
