MadFish Wines Chardonnay 2018

There are plenty of chardonnays on the market, at twice the price, which would be put in the shade by this great value gem. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Geographe, Mount Barker and Margaret River. Deep yellow, with a range of aromas including spices, peaches, limes, stonefruit, tropical notes and florals. Supple and seamless, with a slightly chewy texture, the wine has bright acidity. This is a fresh and attractive chardy of decent length. A plate of fresh seafood would be the perfect match.
