Magarey Lane Single Vineyard Pinot Gris 2025

Fresh and crunchy Pinot gris from the Limestone Coast. The free-run juice and the pressings were initially kept separate before blending. Aeration of the juice reduced the slight Gris tinge of colour. Pie crust and apple strudel with a lift of pear open on the nose. The palate is light but with a nice texture coming from the pressings contribution. Ready to drink now.
