A fully loaded Sauvignon Blanc, showing the tropical and savoury sides of considered Sauvignon Blanc. Beginning with pineapple skin and yellow papaya, moving to lemon myrtle and mint leaf. Some time in oak rounds out the soaring highs of its elegant acidity, with some raw almond and blue river stones. You are left with a wine that is dry but filled with yellow and green tinged fruits, some lime oil and an exuberant punch of power and texture.
