Medhurst Estate Vineyard Rosé 2024 

Palest pink coral in the glass. Bursting with a bramble of blackcurrants on the vine, cherry cola and cranberry juice. Potting soil and turned earth savoury notes are followed by a cascade of running river acidity. It’s laden with Cabernet fruit touches and finishes bone dry and succulent. The varietal make up rings true with a dollop of red fruit dense in the middle palate. Seriously made Rosé with intent. Serve with slices of melon wrapped lovingly in cured Italian meats.
