Monterra Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Share

I admit to not generally being a huge fan of Sauvignon Blanc, so I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality on show here. It has some expected aromas of passionfruit, grass and fresh peas, but with added complexity from citrus and ripe melon. The mouthfeel is glorious, with much acid zip, and it was a fantastic wine to either sip by its lonesome or to have with food.
