Nebbiolina Nebbiolo d’Alba 2019

Share

This is a pretty and playful example of Alba Nebbiolo that still offers quite a serious Nebb experience, although in a package for earlier enjoyment. It delivers subtle aromas of red cherry, dried herbs and potpourri with a gentle meatiness which adds savoury complexity. What I like most is its fleshy palate feel, how it fills the mouth with spicy red fruits supported by fresh acidity and al dente tannins that provide an attractive bite before a supple finish. It’s a Nebbiolo for your favourite wood-fired pizza.
