100% French oak primary fermentation for the wine, with some parcels going through secondary malolactic fermentation to enhance the texture and depth. Floral, yet savoury. White lilies, almond meal, white nectarine, fresh bread crust, lemon curd, roux and white quartz. The body is well matched between juicy acidity and creamier, fuller components. There’s a hint of Jersey caramel richness over stone fruit and grapefruit, with a flinty tang providing a savoury balance. Quality Tassie Chardonnay at a good price.
