Discernibly more complex than its Petit sibling and sporting signature Chablis Chardonnay moves. Through the lens of some of the most distinctive terroir on the planet, it brings well-controlled acidity and minerality in league with an expansive fruit intensity rich in citrus, preserved lemon, baked apple, pear and nutty overtones. Sitting aromatically in charge is some delightful honeysuckle touches and gentle spice. Runs long and with great poise.
