Oakover Rosé 2022

Bright and floral rosé made into a dry refreshing style. Lifted rose petal and strawberry with a trace of raspberry confectionary character. Crisp fine acidity to finish. A little fruit sweetness is well balanced. Amazing that even these simple wines can improve with a little time in bottle. This one certainly has.
