Olea Rosé 2026

The lovely cool fruits of Padthaway are clearly evident here. In this case, it’s made from Pinot that really seems to suit the style. The colour is a fairly typical pale salmon, and the notes of strawberry, light cranberry and watermelon are quite evident. The palate is light-bodied but delightfully textured. And it’s been kept fresh as a daisy with a fairly simple winemaking process. That lovely mouthfeel makes it such delightful current drinking.
