Paisley Silk Shiraz 2022

Boy, the colour is deep, dark, impenetrable. That’s the first hint that you’re onto something of some substance. In this case, the generous full-flavoured Shiraz reveals very quickly its dark blackberry and dark plum characters, with a fine spicy dried herb mix. Delicious. The palate is sumptuously appointed with fine tannins and a liberal dose of oak, all combining perfectly to deliver an excellent wine.
