Parched Crow McDonald’s Flat Bi-Centenary Semillon 2025

MacDonald’s Flat is a crucial part of the vineyards of Pokolbin. The original Deed of Grant was acquired by John MacDonald in 1825. Made in a slightly richer style than its sibling, Early Dawn. Pale straw, the nose reveals notes of citrus, melon, florals and grapefruit. There is good intensity here with focus and direction. The wine has poise and very good length. A fine Hunter Semillon which has a long and exciting future, enjoy this for at least ten years.
