Parish Vineyards Pinot Gris 2025

This is quite a distinctive Pinot Gris from the Evandale Parish in Tasmania. Has quite a distinctive steely, granite-like character on the nose, which complements the apple and pear nuances. Has a crunchy, almost slatey-like character on the palate that adds another degree of complexity that you often don’t see with this variety. Quite a delicious wine and great current drinking.
