Parker Estate Terra Rossa Merlot 2021

Deeply coloured, and quite a serious Merlot here that carries a lovely vibrancy of fruit – plum and dark cherry aromas are well matched to a rich vein of violets and dried herbs, with quality oak providing backbone. Mouthfilling and generous dark berry flavours to follow, with quite significant tannins for Merlot in support before a sold finish. Still young and tightly wound, so needs a year or two to build in bottle.
