Penfolds Bin 407 Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

Share

This is an attractive and strongly varietal South Australian Cabernet Sauvignon made with fruit from five different regions. There is a delicious approachability and charm to this wine with understated leafy, sweet blackcurrant fruits. The palate is then open knit, vibrant and surprisingly elegant with fleshy fruits well balanced by sinewy tannins before a lingering finish. It’s a fruit forward early drinking wine thanks to its low-tannin style but also has the balance and depth of fruit to reward some cellaring.
