Pikes The E.W.P. Shiraz 2022

An absolutely delightful medium-bodied wine from the Polish Hill River vineyard. Open fermentation and some whole bunches have been used while the small percentage of new oak allows the fruit to express itself with a beautiful purity. Spicy, dark chocolate and a trace of lavender are pure varietal Shiraz. Perfectly integrated and seamlessly finished, this is a wine of polish and poise.
