Pink diamond hues in the glass. The nose is filled with maraschino cherry, poached rhubarb and musk. Some blackberries poking through. Sappy plum skin and a memory of strawberry taffy. This is dry with some edges from firm thick skinned dark berries. Drink now and serve with pork loin and peanut Hokkien noodles.
