Precious Little Barossa Valley Shiraz 2021

Share

15% whole bunch, cold soak and pressed to a mix of new and old large French oak vessels. Violets, barberry and Concord grape skin. Prune plums and blackberry Soothers. Dark chocolate, vanilla flecks and sweet baking spices. Crushed clove and anise. Fruit is ripe and acidity curt enough to cut through providing an invigorating palate. Powdery tannins and a sappy moreishness. A fruit forward style that is drinking well now and can cellar for another 1-3 years. Drink alone or with BBQ chicken flatbreads.
