Riposte The Sabre Pinot Noir 2025

Share

A little savoury, a little earthy, smooth and bright all the way with a LOT of lovely freshness on board. That freshness of just picked red cherries, strawberries, cranberries and wild herbs that lights up the aroma stays long with you. What follows is a highly drinkable Pinot to enjoy right now, but also with potential for further ageing; the fine tannin structure in place allows for both. The palate is texturally supple, the perfect foil for the ripe fruits, spice, earthy leafiness and herbs with just a touch of rose petal aromatics that brings added life and lift. Super bright finish and with a clean, sour cherry astringent finale.
