See Saw Invergo Organic Pinot Noir 2022

There is no denying that this is a) Pinot Noir and b) from a seriously cool climate. It’s a lean style, firm in acid drive, tannins fine, fruit edgy with light herbals. Sour cherry, cranberry, rhubarb with licorice spice, dried herbs and earth. Good depth of flavour across the middle palate with a touch of spice to close. Not sure how it will age but given the vintage was a cool one, it might take a while to completely come together.
