Hard to not be impressed by this wild scented, red hearted, herbal infused Pinot. Effortless meeting of black cherry, pomegranate and red fruit aromas, spice and an alluring thread of dried herbs. Medium bodied, elegant and composed with a firm core of gently savoury and plentiful tannins. Bright, cool climate acidity brings freshness. This is very much an individual style, fruit laden – and what gorgeous fruit – with oak playing a barely-there supporting role against a background of intriguing herbs and spices.
