Serafino Bellissimo Fiano 2021

This variety, native to Campania and Sicily in southern Italy, continues to cement itself in many Aussie wine regions after taking its first tentative steps into this country a few years ago. This one comes from the excellent ’21 vintage so you are getting so much fruit intensity with such impeccable balance. The combination of intense fruit with a lemony, pithy edge strikes home. The palate is long and clean. Great food wine with even something a little more substantial.
