Sorby Adams Galle Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

Another super concentrated and deeply intense Cabernet from Adams. Loads of blackcurrant but then there are other notes of cherry and Satsuma plum. The palate provides layer after layer of complex flavours. Has a slightly cracked seashell character with a little mint and a strap of licorice.
