Sorby Adams Jutland Shiraz 2019

I really liked this beautifully crafted shiraz from the Barossa. It opens with a mix of meaty, pepper aromas overlaying the dark plum and rich chocolate characters. There’s just a hint of mulberry and blueberry working through here with the palate taking on a soft fleshy feel before gathering itself as it heads down that long palate path. Finishes with a dried herbs and cracked pepper lift. Nice wine for now and over the next decade.
