St Mary’s Shiraz 2021

An excellent example of a cool climate Shiraz from the Limestone Coast in a very good year. On the highly scented nose there are hints light plum, sage and strawberry with a layer of vanilla essence. The palate is medium bodied but with excellent fruit concentration delivered effortlessly to a long finish. Fine chalky tannins and fine-grained oak play their supporting roles perfectly.
