St Mary’s Shiraz 2021

Deep maroon here, for this fine Barossa Shiraz from a superb vintage, and we have aromas including rose petals, plums, licorice, hints of warm earth, chocolate and black fruits. The wine is of medium weight/medium length and has good focus with fine, sleek tannins. A more elegant style than many. Enjoy this now and for the next half dozen years.
