Stalking Horse Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

A rather pretty Cabernet from Langhorne Creek that highlights the purity and varietal integrity that is so much a part of this region. A combination of cherry and blackcurrant on the nose with just a little blackberry complexity. The palate has excellent structure. The medium-weight fruit displays generous and intense plummy black fruits supported by fine chalky tannins and neatly applied oak. Sustained finish completes a tidy value for money Cabernet.
